Sazzy Falak & Nash Idrus' Twin Daughters' Storybook Cake

We're glad we managed to squeeze in this last minute request by Sazzy & Nash for their daughters Imaan Lily & Tiara Rose's 1st Birthday party. The party was themed after fairytale storybooks, and this is what we came up with - a combo of visuals from Snow White & Jungle Book.

Celebrity Wedding: Scha Alyahya & Awal Ashaari

As announched during their press conference on Tuesday 27th March 2012, Pearl Cakes + Events is the official cake stylist for the wedding of Malaysian celebrity couple Scha Alyahya & Awal Ashaari that will be held on the 4th and 6th May 2012. We are extremely excited to be on board :)

Lisa Surihani's Gramophone Cake

Malaysia's celebrity couple Lisa Surihani & Yusry KRU finally tied the knot last night at the Marriott Putrajaya. For her hantaran, Lisa requested for a Gramophone shaped cake for Yusry, an old school music lover and a big fan of the Beatles.(Yusry's love for the Beatles is pretty apparent, as last year Lisa ordered for a Yellow Submarine shaped cake for his birthday). Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Dessert Bar: A Night in Casablanca

Earlier this year, we created a dessert table for Miss Jihan Halim's 21st birthday party themed "A night in Casablanca". We decided to give this Moroccan theme a modern & more feminine touch and this is what we came up with...



We turned the delicious macarons by Caramel Factory into a beautiful petite tower.

This design was inspired by a photo we saw on pinterest, but we cant remember who was the original artist! An amazing design for the minimalist at heart.
